Content Creator (Short-Form Video)

About the role

Join our four-person, AI-first email marketing startup in Barcelona to create, film, and edit funny short-form videos about startup life and useful B2B software ideas. Full-time; $70,000 USD gross per year.

You'll work directly with our team, turning real moments from building Migma into reels people want to share. You'll also make our AI email product understandable and entertaining for marketers and founders. This is a hands-on creator role, with room to shape our voice and try ideas quickly.

What you'll do

• •Pitch and script short videos about our daily startup life, the team, and the product
• •Film with the team in Barcelona and appear on camera when the concept calls for it
• •Edit polished, fast-paced reels with strong hooks, captions, and sound
• •Turn B2B email marketing and AI product ideas into clear, funny stories
• •Publish and learn from performance across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

What we're looking for

• •Strong spoken and written English
• •Based in Barcelona or able to relocate and film with the team regularly
• •Examples of short videos you conceived, filmed, or edited; personal or student projects count
• •Comfortable collaborating on camera and giving others direction
• •Curiosity about startups, AI, and B2B software; prior SaaS experience is welcome but not required
