Head of Marketing & GTM (Founding Team)
About the role
MigmaAI is looking for a founding Head of Marketing & GTM to own end-to-end growth: positioning, content, campaigns, paid, events, and community, from idea to execution. You will be the first marketing hire and a core partner to the founders on how Migma shows up in the market.
As our founding Head of Marketing & GTM, you'll own Migma's story, brand, and pipeline. This is a playground for high-velocity creative GTM with a product that is inherently visual and viral. You'll ship campaigns, turn experiments into a repeatable growth engine, and build the foundation for future marketing team growth.
What you'll do
- •Own GTM strategy and funnel: Define ICPs, core messaging, and positioning across segments (ecommerce, SaaS, agencies)
- •Design and run GTM plays for launches (Product Hunt, seasonal campaigns, new features)
- •Build a measurable funnel: awareness → trial/activation → paid → expansion
- •Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid, SEO, partnerships) with speed and iteration
- •Set up and optimize paid acquisition (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with clear CAC/LTV targets
- •Create content matching Migma's chaotic, self-aware, zero corporate brand voice
- •Plan and run events, meetups, and hackathons around email and creative automation
- •Choose and implement core tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
- •Create repeatable playbooks for future hires and contractors
What we're looking for
- •5–8+ years in B2B SaaS or product-led tools, with experience as first or early marketing hire at a startup
- •Full-stack skill set: can run ads, write landing copy, orchestrate launches, and manage analytics
- •Shipped at least one notable GTM motion with clear growth outcomes
- •Comfortable with scrappy, experimental marketing that fits Migma's creative tone
- •Strong operator: can prioritize, say no, and hit targets in a resource-constrained environment
