How does AI email marketing with Claude work?

How do I connect Migma to Claude?

Open Migma in the Claude directory and add it. Claude opens Migma in your browser, where you sign in, review the access, and select Allow. You never paste an API key. Your Claude plan or workspace admin may control which connectors you can add.

Does it work in Claude Code and Claude Desktop?

Yes. Claude Desktop and Claude on the web use the same connector. In Claude Code, add the Migma server with the command in our setup guide, then finish the same browser approval.

Can Claude send an email without my approval?

You approve every send. Claude prepares the campaign and gives you a link to Migma, where you review the audience, sender, subject, and preview, then select Send, Schedule, or Decline. Test emails go only to your own inbox.

Can I change the email after it is generated?

Yes. Ask Claude to revise the draft in plain language, or open it in the Migma visual editor and change any detail by hand.

Can I create email audience segments with AI?

Yes. Describe the subscribers you want to reach, such as US contacts who opened your last email but did not click. Migma uses your contact data and email activity to build the segment and shows the count before you send.

I already use Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. Can I keep them?

Yes. Connect your account to bring your recent emails and audience into Migma, so new emails follow the style that already works. You can send from Migma or push finished emails back to Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.

Can I track open rates and click rates in Claude?

Yes. Ask how your campaign did to see delivery, opens, clicks, and bounces. Then ask what to try next, and Claude uses those results to suggest your next audience, subject line, and call to action.

What accounts and limits do I need?

You need Claude and a Migma account. Migma generation and sending limits apply to your account; connecting Claude does not bypass them. A live campaign needs a verified sending domain, but your first draft does not.
