How does AI email marketing with ChatGPT work?

Install the Migma plugin, choose your brand, and mention @Migma with your campaign. Migma designs the emails with your logo, colors, fonts, and voice. Ask for an audience, check a test in your inbox, and approve the send in Migma. Then ask ChatGPT for delivery, open, and click results in the same conversation.

How do I connect Migma to ChatGPT?

Open Migma in the ChatGPT plugin directory and install it. ChatGPT opens Migma in your browser, where you sign in, review the access, and select Allow. You never paste an API key. Availability depends on your ChatGPT plan, region, role, and workspace settings, and a workspace admin may need to enable Migma first.

How do I use Migma in a chat?

Mention @Migma in your message, or select + then More and choose Migma. If ChatGPT says authentication is required, mention @Migma again and finish the browser approval.

Does it work in Codex?

Yes. Follow the Codex steps in our setup guide, then finish the same browser approval.

Can ChatGPT send an email without my approval?

You approve every send. ChatGPT prepares the campaign and gives you a link to Migma, where you review the audience, sender, subject, and preview, then select Send, Schedule, or Decline. Test emails go only to your own inbox.

Can I change the email after it is generated?

Yes. Ask ChatGPT to revise the draft in plain language, or open it in the Migma visual editor and change any detail by hand.

Can I create email audience segments with AI?

Yes. Describe the subscribers you want to reach, such as US contacts who opened your last email but did not click. Migma uses your contact data and email activity to build the segment and shows the count before you send.

I already use Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot. Can I keep them?

Yes. Ask ChatGPT to export the finished email for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot instead of sending it from Migma. You then send it from that platform.

What accounts and limits do I need?

You need ChatGPT and a Migma account. Migma generation and sending limits apply to your account; connecting ChatGPT does not bypass them. A live campaign needs a verified sending domain, but your first draft does not.
