How to Run Email Marketing From Grok Bot (With Migma)
Grok Bot can run your email marketing.
Not “write me a subject line.” Actual emails. On brand. In your inbox tool. Ready to send when you say yes.
The missing piece is Migma. Connect it once. Then you talk in chat and Migma does the email work.
Here’s the whole loop.
1. Get started — install Migma
Open Grok Bot desktop.
Check Plugins → Your plugins for Migma.
- If it’s there: hit Authenticate, approve in your browser, done.
- If it’s not: paste this and approve when it asks.
Set up Migma so you can run my email marketing.

Then show me my brands and suggest what we should do first.
That points Grok Bot at Migma Remote MCP (https://migma.ai/mcp).
Plugins listing varies by Grok build — if you don’t see an install button, the docs path above is the reliable one.
Approve access in the browser. Come back. Ask for a read-only brand check before anything else.

Do not create or send anything yet.

2. Import your brand
Give it your site. Migma pulls logo, colors, and voice.
Use Migma. Import my brand from https://yoursite.com.
Save logo, colors, fonts, and voice. Show me what you got.
Fix anything off in one message. Don’t invent product facts — stick to what’s on the site or what you paste in.
URL in. Brand out.
3. Ask it to design the email — and show you
One email. One goal. Copy-paste:
Use Migma with brand [name].
Design one email for [audience].
Goal: [what you want them to do].
Offer / facts: [only approved facts].
CTA: [link].
Keep it as an editable draft. Show the preview and the Migma canvas link.
Do not send.
Open the preview. Open the canvas if you want to poke the layout. Ask for one edit at a time.
Shorten the headline. Keep the offer and CTA. Show the new preview. Do not send.
Chat designs it. You see it before anyone else does.
4. Review → send (draft ≠ auto-send)
This is the whole product rule: nothing goes out until you say yes.
For a test:
Send a test of this draft to [[email protected]].
Show subject, sender, and preview first. Wait for my yes.
For the real send:
Create a campaign draft from this email.
Audience: [opted-in list or segment].
Sender: [from address].
Subject: [subject].
Show audience, recipient count, sender, subject, and final preview.
Do not send. Wait for my approval.
Check the numbers. Check the preview. Then:
Send it.
No yes = no send.
Draft ≠ auto-send. You approve. Then it goes.
5. Routine: daily check → weekly email (you still approve)
Once the connection is solid, run the job once by hand. Then save it as a Routine.
Daily (prep only):
Every weekday at 9:00 AM Europe/Madrid:
Check Migma campaign results and any product changelog / launch notes I gave you for brand [name].
Summarize what changed in 5 bullets.
Do not create or send email unless I ask.
Weekly (draft, then stop):
Every Monday at 9:00 AM Europe/Madrid:
Review last week's Migma results for brand [name].
Draft one weekly email from the strongest signal + any approved changelog facts.
Show preview, subject, and who it would go to.
Wait for my approval before any send.

Will it auto-send?
Not if you keep approval on. Routines should draft and wait.
Do I need an API key?
Normal path is browser approve. Migma hands the connection to Grok Bot after you Allow.
