Migma Is Now in the Claude Directory

Migma is now in the Claude directory. If you use Claude, you can add Migma from that page, sign in, and run your email marketing from the conversation.

You ask Claude, and Migma does the email work: it imports your brand, designs on-brand emails, builds segments, prepares campaigns and reports the results. There is no API key to paste, and you approve every send.

This post explains what you can do and how to add Migma. For the full workflow, from brief to reviewed email, read AI Email Marketing from Claude.

What you can do from Claude

Describe what you need in plain words, and Claude shows you the result in the conversation. Replace the details in these examples with your own.

What you wantWhat to ask
Set up your brandImport my brand from https://www.example.com.
Create a campaignCreate a three-email launch series for [your product]. Use only these facts: [your facts].
Find your audienceFind our US subscribers who opened the last email but did not click.
Send or scheduleSchedule this campaign for that segment next Tuesday at 9 AM.
Read the resultsHow did this campaign do? What should we try next?

Here is what happens behind those requests:

  • Your brand. Migma studies your website and saves your logo, colors, fonts and company details. New emails start from them.
  • Your emails. One request can create a single email or a full series. Previews appear in the conversation. Ask Claude for changes, or open the email in Migma's visual editor and change it yourself.
  • Your audience. Describe who you want to reach, and Migma creates the segment. Send only to people who opted in to your emails.
  • Your results. Ask for delivery, opens, clicks and bounces. Then ask what to try next, based on those results.
  • Your current platform. If you use Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot, Claude can export the finished email for that platform instead of sending it from Migma.

Add Migma from the Claude directory

You add Migma once, and your browser handles the sign-in.

  1. Open the Migma listing in the Claude directory. If you are signed out, sign in to Claude first.
  2. Add Migma. Claude opens Migma in your browser.
  3. Sign in to your Migma account, or create one.
  4. Review the access Claude is asking for, then select Allow.

Back in Claude, check the connection with a request that changes nothing:

Show my Migma context and suggest what we should do first.

Claude should show your workspaces, brands, plan and sending domains. If Claude does not use Migma in a chat, open the + menu, go to Connectors and check that Migma is on.

If your team controls connectors

Your Claude plan or workspace admin may control which connectors you can add. On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds Migma for the organization first. Each person then connects their own Migma account. Claude's connector guide has the admin steps.

If you use Claude Code

Run this command:

claude mcp add --scope user --transport http migma https://migma.ai/mcp

Then open /mcp, choose Migma and finish the approval in your browser.

If you cannot add Migma from the listing

Add a custom connector with the same URL. In Claude, go to Customize > Connectors, add a custom connector, name it Migma, and enter this URL:

https://migma.ai/mcp

You then see the same browser sign-in. The Claude setup guide has more detail.

You approve every send

When you ask Claude to send or schedule an email, Migma creates an approval and Claude gives you a link to migma.ai/approve/<id>. You make the decision on that page, not in the chat. Only your account can open the link.

The page shows:

  • a preview of the email
  • the audience and the estimated number of recipients
  • the sender
  • the subject
  • the send time, if you are scheduling

Then select Send or Schedule, depending on what you asked for, or select Decline. To change something first, select Edit in Migma.

Migma sends only what the page shows. If the email, the audience or the sender changed after Claude prepared the send, Migma does not send it and tells you why. The link works for 24 hours. After that, ask Claude to prepare the send again.

Test emails from Claude go only to your own inbox. To send a test to a teammate or a client, use Migma directly.

Create your first email

Add Migma from the Claude directory, then give Claude one clear request:

Use Migma for our brand. Create a Black Friday email that brings past customers back.
The offer is [your offer]. The main link is [your URL].
Use only the facts I gave you. Show me the preview. Do not send anything.

Check the preview and ask for one change. When the email is ready, ask Claude to prepare the send, then review it on the approval page.

If you use another assistant

Migma also works in other assistants, and you approve every send there too.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Migma in the Claude directory?

Yes. You can find it at claude.ai/directory/migma. The listing shows that Migma makes the connector, that it requires sign-in, and that it was added in August 2026.

Do I need an API key to connect Migma to Claude?

No. Claude opens Migma in your browser. You sign in, review the access and select Allow. Migma creates the connection key for you.

Can Claude send emails without my approval?

No. You approve every send. Claude prepares the send and gives you a link to Migma, where you review the audience, sender, subject and preview, then select Send, Schedule or Decline. Test emails from Claude go only to your own inbox.

Does Migma work in Claude Code and Claude Desktop?

Yes. Claude Desktop and Claude on the web use the same connector. In Claude Code, add Migma with the command in this article, then finish the same browser approval.

What do I need before I can send a campaign?

You need a Migma account, contacts who opted in, and a sender. A Migma address works for tests and small sends. Connect your own domain in Sending Domains before a larger campaign. Your Migma plan's limits still apply. Your first draft does not need a sender.

Can I keep using Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot?

Yes. Ask Claude to export the finished email for Klaviyo, Mailchimp or HubSpot instead of sending it from Migma. You then send it from that platform.

How do I disconnect Migma from Claude?

Disconnect Migma in Claude under Customize > Connectors. To end access at once, open Settings > Developers > API Keys in Migma and revoke the Claude connection key.
